Why one person and not an agency
Because in a shop-floor project context is everything, and context is lost every time it changes hands: from sales to consultant, from consultant to developer, from developer to support. Here it never changes hands. The person who saw your shop decides how it’s modeled, writes the code and answers when something breaks.
The obvious objection: what if that person isn’t there tomorrow? It’s answered with facts, not promises: you get the code and the documentation, deliveries are small and frequent, and everything is built so any developer can maintain it and carry it forward. Your project is nobody’s hostage — not even mine.
How I work
- Nothing off the shelf. I don’t sell a boxed product: every project is designed from scratch for your case and your company — your process, your rules, your systems.
- I listen on the floor. I understand how you work today and what breaks your day before proposing anything.
- I test on your real data. A short diagnostic with fixed scope and budget, and a pilot that measures the gain before scaling.
- I integrate, I don’t replace. Your ERP, MES and spreadsheets stay in charge; the tool is built custom or inside them.
- Copilot, not autopilot. The software proposes; you and your team approve. I don’t touch machines or decide for anyone.
